Custom Cupcakes

All cupcakes are made to order from scratch with lots of LOVE!
 
Info needed to order...
 
1. What is the date you need your cupcakes?
2. How many dozen cupcakes would you like? (Cupcakes sold by the             dozen.)
3. What flavor/flavors would you like? (Minimum of one flavor/dozen.)
4. Please include a picture of the cupcakes you'd like, and if you'd like it          exact, or if you'd like to go over customized options.
5. Would you like pick-up or delivery? (Delivery is $2/mile from my location,     or a $15 minimum.)
